9 months well check up

Weight: 16 lbs 2 oz (3 percentile) great that he's still ON the chart.
Height: 27" (10 percentile)
He is still on the skinny tiny side, absolutely healthy and active.
Pedi suggests no water, concentrated formula instead (I officially stopped breastfeeding when Anson turns 9 months old). Calories calories calories.

This is what Anson usually eats everyday. Not little.
His favorite: Avacado & Taro & whole milk yogurt
(he doesn't care much for sweet or sour taste)

Those homemade cube of baby food include a mixture of: Apple, grape, zucchini, carrot, necturine, sweet potatoes, kiwi, eggplant, broccoli, squash. For meat: He tried chicken, pork, turkey....not beef yet, will soon.

Anson took a blood test for iron deficiency anemia. Pedi just wants to make sure he has good iron count to support his rapid growth at this age. Of course only "skinny" baby needs to do this test. Strong little Anson didn't even cry when drawing 6 tubes of blood (yes, 6 full tubes) on his tiny right arm. Mommy of course was heartbroken and blaming herself for everything. Yum Gung =(
