Joyce's visit

Joyce and her hubby Chi Wang visited us from Phoenix. So nice to get together again, it's been 3 years. They like Anson and I can tell they both love kids. I wish they can join the parenthood soon heehee.



We cruised by Sausalito and Golden Gate Bridge. Windy and Cold for May in SF. Fun Time! Let's meet in half way next time maybe at LA.

little Joshua's BIRTHday May 18, 2009

What a great surprise! My sis has an early delivery.
Joshua Kyle Tsang has arrived on May 18, 2009 12:27am. Now Anson and Josh are only 4 months apart, it's wonderful.

I'm officially an auntie. Josh reminds me of how tiny and light a new born is. Ah Ga will be "moon sitting" for a month and I'll try to go see Josh every or every other day. I love my nephrew and I just want to kiss and hug him all day long. His mini tiny smoochy lips and his never ended moving long arms just keep cracking us up.

Thanks heaven for an addition new member to the family.

4 months check up

Weight: 12 lbs 11 oz (25 percentile compared to other babies)

Length: 24 inches (only 10 percentile)

Sometimes those ratio, rank, figuare or growth chart can be overloaded, we don't worry about his size (at least not for now). He is petite and absolutely healthy. He probably has his daddy's metabolism that's all. Dr. also suggests him to start trying rice cereal. He does show interest in tasting our food. Guideline says we should start solid around month 6...but if he's ready, he's ready.

After the 2 shots, he's still a happy camper =)

"First" Mother's Day & Anson is 4 mos old today

I received the best Mother's Day gift from Anson Wong: 8 hours of Beauty Sleep. Yeah!
He slept through the night a second time. I probably did hypnotize myself because daddy said boykee did make some noise and toss around in the middle of the night hahaha. I never blame my breastfed boy for waking up once or more (sometimes still every 2-3 hrs) to eat but it's very nice that he now occasionally sleeps through the night.

Since mommy and daddy are fully "charged", we spend the day outdoor shopping at Santana Row. A Gorgeous Day hanging out with my lovely son! What else can I ask for!

We also got 2 very nice bunches of mix orange/yellow flowers for mama and goo ma (aiya forgot to take pics)...Malaysian dinner with them. We can tell mama also likes the gift-a photo album of Anson & family.

good morning

He usually reminds calm in his bed playing with his little fingers while waiting to be picked up in the morning. This is not a very good video cuz usually he rises and shines with a big smile. I just wanna capture his new pj. Gonna be fashionable even the sleepwear you know :P

H1N1 Swine Flu

Precaution.

Hand Sanitizers are all sold out in the grocery stores. Everyone is aware of being a bit more precaution but NO we are not at the stage of wearing mask nor avoiding the public yet.

Of course everyday headline is still about the swine flu but after more than a week of the swine flu explosion, things are starting to die out (we hope). A regular flu kills thousands of people every year, we need to stop panicking for this.

What a Cinco De Mayo!

Good that the weather will be nice & dry and it will be sunny ranging around mid 60s and 70s for the coming weekend, hope the gorgeous weather helps!

My sister's baby shower

Lots of food lots of guests lots of fun. I really can't wait to meet my bb nephrew. I wish ah ga a super duper smooth delivery. 1 more month to go!! Look at little Anson, he has no more patient, he can't wait to meet his cousin too.

We met a new friend, the boy is just 20 days older than Anson. Anson doesn't like to hang out with another bb, he showed more interest in checking out the other toddlers and bigger kids.

In general, the 2 closed age bb react very smiliarly and they both can't stop licking their little fingers. No wonder I find those "what to expect bb books" so useful ...haha apparently all babies develop and hit the milestones in a very similar way.
